Cancellation Policy

At Leawood Total Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional care and service to every patient. To help us serve all clients efficiently, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Providing advance notice allows us to offer appointment availability to other patients in need of care.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of Leawood Total Wellness.

No-Show Policy

Patients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to provide a deposit before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other scheduled patients. In some cases, late arrivals may be treated as missed appointments.

Deposits & Prepaid Services

Certain treatments, packages, memberships, or special appointments may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments unless otherwise stated.

Memberships & Promotional Services

Services purchased as part of a membership, promotional offer, or package may be subject to additional cancellation or rescheduling terms. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Leawood Total Wellness.
